Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MechaTrack for your Auto Workshop Management needs, subject to these terms. This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred.

User Accounts

When using our website, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old to use our website or make purchases
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password
• Provide accurate and current information during the registration and checkout process
• Not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Orders and Payments

Regarding orders and payments:

• By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected subscription plan
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or suspected fraudulent activity
• You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method
• We use trusted third-party payment processors (PayHere) to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are only provided as specified in our Refund Policy. All prices are displayed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will notify users in advance of any planned downtime when possible.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MechaTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

MechaTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Pricing and Payment

Your subscription pricing is guaranteed for 2 years from your signup date. After this period, pricing may be adjusted due to market factors, operational costs, or service improvements. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time for new customers. Existing customers will maintain their pricing guarantee period.

Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn discounts by referring other garages to MechaTrack. The following terms apply:

• You will receive LKR 500/month credit for each active referral
• Monthly subscribers: Credits applied immediately to your monthly bill
• Annual subscribers: Credits accumulate monthly and apply at your next renewal
• Standard plan: Maximum 3 referrals (LKR 1,500/month or LKR 18,000/year cap)
• Professional plan: Maximum 4 referrals (LKR 2,000/month or LKR 24,000/year cap)
• Discounts apply only while referred customers maintain active paid subscriptions
• Referrals must be legitimate businesses; fraudulent referrals will result in program termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Existing earned discounts will be honored until the end of the current billing cycle.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
