Our Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to MechaTrack. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best auto workshop management experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we are here to help.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to MechaTrack until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time remaining in your billing cycle.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment (new customers only)
  • If the service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end
  • If you were charged after properly canceling your subscription

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Partial month subscriptions after the 7-day trial period
  • SMS credits that have been used
  • Annual subscriptions after 14 days from purchase (pro-rata refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • Subscriptions canceled due to violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. 3Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. 4Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
